About.

Come along and join us for an evening of fine dining, using only the best and freshest local ingredients.

Our chef for the evening will be Brendan Ironside who grew up in Batlow and completed his primary and secondary education at Batlow Technology School. Upon completion of Year 12, Brendan relocated to Sydney to pursue his culinary dreams. He is delighted to be returning for a one night only food spectacular, along with 2 of his experienced colleagues, who have enthusiastically embraced the chance to participate in this unique event.

Throughout the course of the evening, some of the producers of the food and drinks will be joining us. Tony Cross from Crafty Cider, Louise from award-winning Highfield Farm and Woodlands and Steve from Wagga Free Range Pork.

On arrival, you’ll receive a free glass of sparkling wine, and in addition to the tantalising dinner, you’ll be treated to a cheese platter comprising a selection from Coolamon Cheese, and some other locally sourced delights.

All monies raised from this event will assist Do It For Batlow in progressing projects that benefit our community. So you can eat well, and know that in doing so, you are contributing to the improvement of Batlow.

This will be a unique and memorable experience, but numbers are limited. Tickets will be on sale in the coming weeks.
